Thinking out loud if there are any tech enabled solutions that would be worth pursuing to solve the water issue. Where we stand today, we don't even have the ability to track how much water is consumed per flat even in a city like Mumbai. My neighbour who has 8 people and us who are just 2 people are paying the same water bill. It's surprising why we still don't have water meters in place. As they say - you can't improve something that you can't measure.
